Airports

If your attendance at CCTAN All-Hands 2024 requires air travel, there are three major airports that service the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

• Reagan Washington National (National) Airport is approximately 23 miles from the Hilton Rockville.
• Dulles International (Dulles) Airport is approximately 28 miles from the Hilton Rockville.
• Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International (BWI) Airport is approximately 38 miles from the Hilton Rockville.

From National Airport to the Hilton Rockville

A taxicab from National Airport is estimated to take 25 minutes and to cost between $55 and $70, depending on the time of day and on traffic conditions. An Uber or other ride service is estimated to take 25 minutes and to cost approximately $40, depending on the time of day, traffic conditions, and the level of car service you select. Shuttle service is not available to the Hilton Rockville from National Airport.

Metro service is available from National Airport to the Hilton Rockville via Metro’s Blue or Yellow Line; the hotel is located on Metro’s Red Line. Guests can access Metro from National Airport, transfer to the Red Line at the Gallery Place Metro station, and travel to the Twinbrook Metro station on the Red Line. From Dulles Airport to the Hilton Rockville

A taxicab from Dulles Airport is estimated to take 35 minutes and to cost between $85 and $110, depending on the time of day and on traffic conditions. An Uber or other ride service is estimated to take 35 minutes and to cost approximately $68, depending on the time of day, traffic conditions, and the level of car service you select. Shuttle service is not available to the Hilton Rockville from Dulles Airport.

Metro service is available from Dulles Airport to the Hilton Rockville. Dulles Airport is located on Metro’s Silver Line; the hotel is located on Metro’s Red Line. Guests can access the Metro from Dulles Airport, transfer from the Silver Line to the Red Line at Metro Center, and travel to the Twinbrook station on the Red Line. From BWI Airport to the Hilton Rockville

A taxicab from BWI Airport is estimated to take 45 minutes and to cost about $110, depending on the time of day and on traffic conditions. An Uber or other ride service is estimated to take 45 minutes and to cost between $50 and $60, depending on the time of day, traffic conditions, and the level of car service you select. Neither shuttle service nor Metro service is available to the Hilton Rockville from BWI Airport.

Traveling by Car

Traveling by Car From Points North (Route Includes Tolls)

• Take I-95 south from New York to the New Jersey Turnpike, to Delaware, and then to Maryland.
• When in Maryland, take Exit 27 to I-495 west.
• From I-495 west, take Exit 34 to merge onto MD 355 north/Rockville Pike.
• Proceed to the hotel on your right at 1750 Rockville Pike in Rockville.

Traveling by Car From Points South (Route Includes Tolls)

• From I-95 north in Richmond, Virginia, take Exit 170B to merge onto I-495 north toward Tysons Corner.
• Keep right at the fork on the exit ramp to stay on I-495 north and keep left at the fork to continue to I-270 north.
• Take I-270 north to Exit 4A to Montrose Road and continue straight onto Josiah Henson Parkway.
• Turn left to merge onto MD 355 north/Rockville Pike toward Rockville.
• Proceed to the hotel on your right at 1750 Rockville Pike in Rockville.

Traveling by Car From Points West (Route Includes Tolls)

• Take I-68 east in Western Maryland to Exit 82B and merge onto I-70 east.
• Take I-70 east to Exit 53 and merge onto I-270 south.
• Take I-270 south to Exit 4A to Montrose Road and continue straight onto Josiah Henson Parkway.
• Turn left to merge onto MD-355 north/Rockville Pike toward Rockville.
• Proceed to the hotel on your right at 1750 Rockville Pike in Rockville.

Traveling by Train

The Hilton Rockville is serviced by the Northeast Regional Amtrak train, which runs several routes daily. The nearest Amtrak rail stop to the Hilton is in Washington, D.C., at Union Station.

• From New York, New York, to Washington, D.C., the Northeast Regional train can take 3–4 hours, depending on the train schedule you select.
• From Richmond, Virginia, to Washington, D.C., the Northeast Regional train can take 3–4 hours, depending on the train schedule you select.

Parking

The parking rate available for CCTAN All-Hands 2024 participants is $25 per day for overnight guests and $8 for daily attendees. The parking lot is a covered and secured facility, and guests may enjoy in-and-out privileges from the parking lot at any time of the day or night.
