A block of sleeping rooms is available for out-of-town guests at the Hilton Rockville. The guestrooms are available below the Government per diem rate of $229.00 per night for single or double occupancy; the cost, including taxes, is $263.35 per night. Rooms will be available from Sunday, March 3, through Friday, March 8, 2024. (The meeting proceedings will begin on Tuesday, March 5th, and will end on Thursday, March 7th.)

Guestrooms

In each sleeping room guests will enjoy home-away-from-home comforts, such as a seating area with an ottoman and a workstation; a television with complimentary HBO and an in-room movie channel; bathrooms that are supplied with a hair dryer; a mini refrigerator and coffeemaker; an iron and ironing board; and a self-controlled thermostat. The USA Today newspaper is delivered on Monday through Friday to each guestroom. Self-laundry and valet laundry services are also available.

Dining Inside the Hilton Rockville

Dining options within the Hilton Rockville are noted below:

Olive’s Restaurant is a modern American bistro with a Mediterranean twist located on the ground floor of the hotel.
- Breakfast is served on Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch is served on Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Dinner is served on Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
The Pike Café coffee shop in the lobby is open daily on Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Room service is available for breakfast daily; menus and instructions are located on a QR code on the nightstand in each guestroom.

Wi-Fi

The Hilton Rockville offers free Wi-Fi in the guestrooms and throughout the hotel’s public spaces and meeting rooms. Wi-Fi for CCTAN All-Hands 2024 can be accessed on its own network within the hotel. Details will be available at the Registration Desk onsite.

Business Center

Printing stations will be located near the front desk where guests can email, print, and retrieve personal documents.

Metro

The Hilton Rockville is just a short walk from the Twinbrook Metrorail (Metro) station on the Red Line. The Metro offers convenient access to two airports, Washington, D.C., and parts of Maryland and Virginia.

To access Metro from the Hilton Rockville, exit the back door of the hotel and cross Chapman Avenue at the crosswalk, entering the Twinbrook Metro parking lot; the Twinbrook station is visible from the parking lot. A map of the Metro system can be viewed via this Metro Web link.

Parking

Parking for CCTAN All-Hands 2024 participants costs $25 per day for overnight guests and $8 for daily attendees. The parking lot is a covered and secured facility, and guests may enjoy in-and-out privileges from the parking lot at any time of the day or night.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is open 24 hours; is accessible with your room key; and features cardio machines, Peloton bikes, and free weights. Towels and water are provided free of charge.
